Lead vulnerability assessment and penetration testing engagements, providing expert guidance to client teams. Manage client relationships at senior levels, contributing to proposal development and identifying opportunities for growth and cross-selling. Develop and execute cybersecurity strategy, including program development, maturity assessments, and roadmap creation. Oversee project planning, delivery, and client presentations, ensuring timely and high-quality outcomes.

Key duties include performing technical and strategic cyber risk assessments, architecting security solutions, and ensuring operationalization of implemented systems. You will also mentor team members, manage day-to-day client interactions, and handle pre-sales activities, client management, and conflict resolution effectively.

This position requires 9-15 years of experience in the cybersecurity domain, with a strong focus on Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT). A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is essential.

Candidates must possess expertise in a wide range of security tools and frameworks, including OWASP, CIS, NIST, and ISO/IEC 27001. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Shell, along with experience in cloud security (AWS/Azure), web application testing, infrastructure VAPT, and API/mobile testing is required.

Demonstrated experience in Red Teaming, source code review, and security architecture is highly valued. Preferred certifications include OSCP, CRTP, eJPT, CRTA, and CISM, with GPEN, CREST, and CISSP being advantageous. Strong project management, client management, and communication skills are critical for success in this role.
