Join our dynamic cybersecurity team as a Security Platform Engineer Manager. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our organization's defenses by designing, implementing, and managing cutting-edge security platforms.

This role focuses on revolutionizing secrets management and Identity and Access Management (IAM) across diverse environments including cloud (Azure, AWS), on-premises, and Kubernetes. You'll develop enterprise standards, define target-state architectures, and drive the adoption of best practices to ensure robust security posture.

Key responsibilities include assessing current secrets management and IAM practices, defining target-state architectures for secrets management and IAM integration, and establishing enterprise standards for secrets storage, access, and governance.

You will also design IAM access models, support application teams in migrating to secure practices, and integrate secrets management with various systems like CI/CD pipelines, databases, and SIEM.

Furthermore, you'll help establish operating model components, produce practical documentation, and collaborate with diverse stakeholder teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

We are seeking candidates with 10-15 years of hands-on experience in security platforms, with a strong emphasis on Azure and AWS IAM services, and at least two secrets management technologies.

A proven track record in enterprise transformation within secrets management, IAM, PAM, or DevSecOps is essential. You should possess a deep understanding of IAM concepts, experience in hybrid environments, and proficiency in integrating security controls with CI/CD tools.

Ideal candidates will have strong stakeholder management skills and experience in regulated enterprise environments. Familiarity with policy-as-code tools and secret scanning solutions is highly desirable. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field from a reputable university is required.
