Join Deloitte's Cyber team as a Manager specializing in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). Monitor and triage security alerts from SIEM/SOAR and Microsoft Defender for Endpoints. Investigate potential security incidents, escalating confirmed threats to the appropriate teams. Document all incident details and actions taken within the incident management system.

Assist in containing and mitigating security threats, and leverage threat intelligence to enhance detection capabilities. Generate security reports, participate in post-incident reviews for process improvement, and stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity trends and vulnerabilities.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, with a preference for Tier 1/2 institutions for B.E./B.Tech. A Master's degree in a related field is also acceptable.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security. Proficiency in SIEM, SOAR, endpoint security (MDE), incident response, and threat intelligence is essential. Experience with various security technologies such as IPS, WAF, Firewalls, EDR, and cloud security is also expected.

Candidates should be well-versed in log analysis, network and security incident response, and proactive threat hunting using tools like Cortex and Microsoft Defender. Familiarity with Google SecOps/Chronicle, Microsoft Sentinel, Demisto/XSOAR, and the MITRE Framework is highly desirable. Relevant certifications such as SC 200, Security+, or CEH are a plus.
