Join Deloitte's Cyber team as a Security Operations Center (SOC) SIEM Technical Service Delivery Manager. This role focuses on managing and enhancing cybersecurity services, ensuring organizations remain secure, vigilant, and resilient against evolving threats. You will play a crucial part in preventing cyberattacks and protecting valuable assets by embedding cyber risk management into strategic development.

Lead and oversee SOC operations, guaranteeing swift detection and response to security incidents. Design, implement, and optimize SIEM and SOAR solutions for enterprise-level environments. Collaborate with sales teams on presales activities, including solution presentations, RFP responses, and technical demonstrations. Support order processing to ensure seamless delivery of cybersecurity solutions and develop/maintain security policies and compliance standards. Stay abreast of emerging threats and industry best practices.

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Manager with substantial experience in SOC, SIEM, and SOAR technologies. Proven hands-on experience in presales and order processing within the cybersecurity domain is essential. Strong knowledge of SOC processes, SIEM platforms (like Splunk or QRadar), and SOAR tools is required. Excellent communication and client-facing skills, along with the ability to work effectively across technical and business teams, are key. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary. Certifications such as CISSP or CISM are preferred.
