As a Subject Matter Expert, you will lead the resolution of critical incidents and complex technical escalations, focusing on Forcepoint DLP and CASB platforms (Palo Alto, Zscaler). You will design, implement, and optimize DLP and CASB policies, conduct advanced troubleshooting, and drive the lifecycle management of DLP policies. Defining data classification and protection strategies, supporting technology upgrades, and collaborating with various security and infrastructure teams are key. You will also develop operational standards, lead problem management, and oversee platform health and performance. Mentoring junior engineers and ensuring service delivery enhancement through vendor collaboration are integral parts of this role. Support for critical incidents in a 24x7 environment is expected.

We are seeking a professional with strong hands-on experience in Forcepoint DLP administration, architecture, and policy design, alongside experience with CASB platforms like Palo Alto or Zscaler. Expertise in data protection, classification, DLP tuning, and incident investigation is essential. You should possess a solid understanding of cloud security, SaaS application governance, and the ability to perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Experience integrating DLP/CASB solutions with SIEM, IAM, email, and cloud platforms, as well as supporting large-scale enterprise environments, is required. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech from Tier 1/2 institutions) or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary. This role requires an on-site presence in Bengaluru.
