As a Subject Matter Expert, you will lead critical incident resolutions and technical escalations for Forcepoint DLP and CASB platforms (Palo Alto/Zscaler).

You will design, implement, and optimize DLP and CASB policies to meet business and compliance needs. Your responsibilities include advanced troubleshooting of data protection and cloud application security issues, alongside managing the full DLP policy lifecycle.

Further duties involve defining data classification strategies, supporting technology upgrades, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You'll also develop operational standards, mentor junior engineers, and ensure platform health and performance.

We require strong hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP administration, architecture, and policy design, as well as proficiency with CASB platforms like Palo Alto and/or Zscaler.

Expertise in data protection, classification, DLP tuning, and incident investigation is essential. A solid understanding of cloud security, SaaS application governance, and integrating DLP/CASB with SIEM and IAM solutions is expected.

Candidates should possess strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills and experience supporting large enterprise environments. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required. This role requires willingness to work in a 24x7 environment and adherence to office-based work.
