Your core responsibilities will involve reviewing and triaging information security alerts, providing in-depth analysis, and managing remediation efforts. You will act as a Security Incident Handler for critical incidents, conducting malware analysis and identifying Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).

Key tasks include enhancing incident response workflows, performing threat hunting, and maintaining SOC operations. You will also be responsible for analyzing logs from various sources, differentiating between genuine threats and false alarms, and utilizing attack frameworks like Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE for effective response and reporting.

This role requires 4-6 years of experience in Security Operations Center (SOC) incident response and handling. Proficiency in SIEM technologies such as LogRhythm, Splunk, Sentinel, or Chronicle is essential.

Experience with EDR/XDR solutions like CrowdStrike, Cortex XDR, or Microsoft Defender is also expected. A strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, network traffic analysis, and Windows event log analysis is necessary. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required. Candidates must be willing to work from the office, with a specific placement in Nagpur.
