Join Deloitte's T&T Cyber team as an Assistant Manager in Network Security, focusing on Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) solutions. As a Security Support Engineer, you will provide expert operational support, administration, and troubleshooting for Data Loss Prevention (DLP) and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) platforms. Your duties include managing incidents, administering policies, and offering user support to ensure robust data protection.

Key responsibilities involve supporting Forcepoint DLP and CASB, alongside other solutions like Palo Alto and Zscaler. You will manage and resolve DLP incidents and policy violations, administer CASB policies, and monitor cloud application access. Analyzing logs for root cause identification, tuning policies to enhance detection accuracy, and collaborating with various security and infrastructure teams are essential. Maintaining up-to-date documentation, participating in change management, and ensuring SLA adherence for incident and service requests are also crucial aspects of this role. A willingness to work in a 24x7 security operations environment is required.

We are seeking a professional with hands-on experience in Forcepoint DLP administration and incident management, as well as experience supporting CASB solutions such as Palo Alto or Zscaler. A strong understanding of data classification, data protection, and cloud security principles is necessary.

Your expertise should include policy management, alert investigation, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with networking fundamentals like HTTP/HTTPS, SSL/TLS, and authentication technologies is important. Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management, is highly valued.

This role requires a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution, or a Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related discipline. This is an onsite position based in Bengaluru, and a professional attitude is expected.
