This role involves enhancing automated playbooks within SOAR platforms to optimize incident response workflows. As a proactive SIEM Content Management Specialist, you will play a crucial part in designing, implementing, and maintaining custom SIEM content, bolstering the organization's security monitoring and threat detection capabilities.

Develop, maintain, and enhance automated playbooks in SOAR platforms to streamline incident response workflows. Design, implement, and manage custom SIEM content to support robust security monitoring and threat detection. Optimize the SIEM system for effective and efficient detection, analysis, and response to potential security threats. Deploy and manage integration packages for various third-party tools and applications. Troubleshoot integration issues and perform code customization. Develop integration solutions using web services and APIs with REST/JSON. Install and configure third-party applications in a Linux environment.

A minimum of 4 years of application development experience using Python and REST API is required. Demonstrated experience in managing any SOAR platforms (e.g., Palo Alto Cortex, Phantom, Resilient, Swimlane). Proficiency in SOAR administration, playbook development/automation, and lifecycle management. Experience in deploying and managing integration packages for diverse third-party tools and applications. Proven ability to troubleshoot integration issues and perform code customization. Expertise in developing integration solutions with web services and APIs using REST/JSON. Capability to install and configure third-party applications in a Linux environment, with experience in Unix/Linux administration. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is necessary. This is an on-site position based in Delhi, IN.
