Monitor security alerts from SIEM/SOAR and MDE, performing initial triage and investigation of security incidents. Escalate confirmed incidents to L2 Analysts or the Incident Response Team, documenting all actions and resolutions. Assist in threat containment and mitigation, leveraging threat intelligence to enhance detection. Generate security reports, participate in post-incident reviews, and stay current with emerging security trends and vulnerabilities. This role requires a commitment to a 24x7 rotational shift model, including nights.

Demonstrate strong cybersecurity principles with expertise in Endpoint, Network, Database, and Cloud Security technologies such as IPS, WAF, Firewall, and EDR. Proficient in conducting log analysis, proactive monitoring, and incident response for network and security events. Experience in implementing and maintaining security operation policies, especially within AWS cloud environments. Skilled in threat hunting and proactive research using tools like Cortex and Microsoft Defender. Capable of identifying Indicators of Compromise (IOC) through malware analysis and performing advanced threat analysis. Familiarity with Google SecOps/Chronicle, Microsoft Sentinel, Demisto/XSOAR, and the MITRE Framework is essential.
