Join Deloitte's Cyber team as a Deputy Manager, focusing on Strategy & Operational PMO. This role is instrumental in managing and expanding strategic partnerships within the cybersecurity landscape, driving collaborative business plans, and fostering strong relationships with key industry players. Your expertise will be crucial in navigating complex cybersecurity priorities like XDR, MDR, SecOps, AI, and Cloud Security.

Spearhead strategic alliances with leading cybersecurity firms, developing joint business plans focused on critical areas such as XDR, MDR, SecOps, AI, and Cloud Security. Cultivate robust executive and working-level relationships with partner stakeholders. Identify and drive co-selling opportunities with alliance partners across significant accounts. Support sales teams in effectively positioning joint cybersecurity solutions like MDR, Threat Intelligence, and SOC transformation. Play a key role in pipeline creation and revenue acceleration through partner-led demand generation initiatives.

Develop and implement joint go-to-market strategies for cybersecurity solutions and industry-specific use cases. Collaborate to create innovative solution offerings leveraging partner technologies in areas like endpoint protection, identity security, and cloud workload protection. Support impactful marketing campaigns, industry events, and thought leadership activities within the cybersecurity domain. Oversee alliance governance, including Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs) and executive steering committees. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), incentives, and partner program benefits, ensuring alignment with internal strategic objectives and global alliance frameworks.

A minimum of 5-8 years of experience is required in alliances, partnerships, business development, or sales operations. A deep understanding of core cybersecurity domains is essential, including MDR/XDR, SIEM, SOAR, Cloud Security, Network Security, and Zero Trust principles. An MBA or an equivalent postgraduate degree is preferred for this position. The role is based in Delhi, India.
