Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Deputy Manager, Site Reliability Engineer, based in Delhi. This role is critical to our cybersecurity efforts, focusing on ensuring the stability, uptime, and compliance of applications.

You will play a key part in a team dedicated to preventing cyberattacks and protecting valuable assets, ensuring our clients are secure, vigilant, and resilient. This position offers the opportunity to embed cyber risk management into the core of strategy development for effective information and technology risk management.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the continuous stability and uptime of applications, driving and maintaining application compliance, and automating manual and repetitive tasks to enhance efficiency.

You will also be involved in addressing risk control metrics, performing cleanup and decommissioning activities, and providing L1/L2 on-call support functions. Collaboration with global stakeholders and independent delivery of quality output are essential aspects of this role.

We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer with extensive experience in Secrets Management, Vulnerability Patching, Certificate Lifecycle Management, Software/Application upgrades, and Tech Resiliency. A strong background in automating manual processes and experience with monitoring tools like Splunk, Grafana, and CloudWatch are required.

Proficiency in building and maintaining AWS components using CloudFormation (EC2, S3, IAM, Lambdas, SQS, SNS, RDS, DynamoDB) and a solid understanding of GitOps and CI/CD practices (e.g., GitHub Actions, ArgoCD) are essential. Experience in Agile delivery frameworks, JIRA, Confluence, and relevant working experience in Asset Management or Capital Markets are also valued. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field is expected.
