Join Deloitte T&T Cyber as a Deputy Manager specializing in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). This role focuses on protecting organizations by preventing cyberattacks and managing cyber risk. You'll be instrumental in developing strategies to secure valuable assets and unleash new opportunities through robust information and technology risk management.

This position is based in Delhi and offers a challenging yet rewarding environment within a leading cybersecurity team.

Key responsibilities include monitoring and triaging security alerts from SIEM/SOAR and MDE. You will investigate potential security incidents, escalate confirmed threats to L2 analysts or the Incident Response Team, and meticulously document all actions in the incident management system. Assisting with threat containment, utilizing threat intelligence, and generating security reports are also vital.

This role demands proactive threat hunting, analyzing malware, and performing advanced security event detection. Maintaining security operation policies and procedures, especially for AWS cloud environments, is crucial. Participation in post-incident reviews to drive process improvements and staying current with the latest security trends are expected.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (Tier 1/2) or a Master's in Computer Science or Information Technology. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Cyber Security is required.

Essential skills include a strong understanding of SIEM, SOAR, and endpoint detection technologies. Proficiency in threat analysis, incident response, and cloud security (AWS) is necessary. Experience with tools like Cortex, Shodan, Chronicle, and Microsoft Sentinel is highly beneficial. Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift model, including nights, is mandatory.
