Monitor security alerts and events from SIEM/SOAR and MDE systems. Conduct initial triage and classification of security incidents. Investigate alerts to identify potential threats and escalate confirmed incidents. Document incident details and assist in containment and mitigation efforts. Utilize threat intelligence to enhance detection and generate insightful security reports for stakeholders. Participate in post-incident reviews and stay abreast of the latest security trends and vulnerabilities.

Key responsibilities include proactive log analysis, maintaining extensive security operation policies, and conducting threat hunting using advanced tools. You will identify Indicators of Compromise through malware analysis and perform advanced threat analysis for complex security events.

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology (Tier 1/2) or a Master's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity is essential. Familiarity with security domains such as Endpoint, Network, Database, and Cloud Security technologies like IPS, WAF, Firewalls, EDR, and Microsoft Defender is expected. Experience with tools like Google SecOps/Chronicle, Microsoft Sentinel, and Demisto/XSOAR, along with knowledge of the MITRE Framework, is highly valued. Willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift model, including nights, is mandatory. Relevant certifications such as SC 200, Security+, or CEH are a plus.
