Lead customer discovery workshops, translating business and security requirements into robust Cyber Defense and Resilience solution architectures. Advise clients on SOC modernization, detection engineering, cyber resilience strategies, and security operations transformation. Develop compelling executive-level solution narratives and business cases. Respond to RFPs and RFQs, designing scalable SIEM architectures and defining log ingestion strategies. Support customer presentations, demos, and participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs).

Develop strategic partnerships with leading technology providers like Google, Palo Alto Networks, and Splunk. Create reusable solution accelerators and collaborate with SOC, incident response, and compliance teams. Stay abreast of next-generation SIEM and SOAR capabilities, including AI/ML detection, UEBA, cloud-native SIEM, and XDR.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 7 years in SIEM architecture, deployment, and optimization. A Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required. Hands-on expertise with at least two SIEM platforms (e.g., Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, IBM QRadar) is essential. Strong knowledge of the security controls ecosystem, cyber defense frameworks, and cloud-native SIEMs is expected.

Familiarity with SOAR platforms, scripting (Python, PowerShell), and automation is beneficial. Deep understanding of security monitoring, detection engineering, threat hunting, and incident response is crucial. Knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ISO27001, and regulatory compliance frameworks is a plus. Familiarity with AI fundamentals, LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI is also valued.
