Develop and optimize automation playbooks within SOAR platforms, particularly Palo Alto XSOAR/XSIAM. Design and implement custom integrations with third-party tools using Python. Maintain and enhance SOAR platform infrastructure, ensuring high availability. Troubleshoot playbook and integration issues proactively.

Utilize SOAR platforms to automate security processes and response activities. Collaborate with security analysts to design playbooks for efficient incident detection, triage, investigation, and remediation. Integrate playbooks with diverse security tools like SIEMs, firewalls, and threat intelligence platforms.

Requires 6-9 years of experience in developing and optimizing automation playbooks within SOAR platforms, with a strong preference for Palo Alto XSOAR/XSIAM. Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation is essential. Experience with SOAR platform administration, including health monitoring and performance tuning, is crucial.

A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Familiarity with integrating playbooks with various security tools and documenting workflows for maintainability is expected. This role is based in Mumbai or Hyderabad.
