Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as a Deputy Manager in Cyber D&R, specializing in XSOAR. This role is crucial for enhancing our cybersecurity defense and response capabilities. You will work with a team dedicated to preventing cyberattacks and protecting valuable assets, ensuring our clients remain secure, vigilant, and resilient. We focus on embedding cyber risk into strategy development for effective management of information and technology risks.

Develop and optimize automation playbooks within SOAR platforms, particularly Palo Alto XSOAR/XSIAM. Design and implement custom integrations with third-party tools using Python. Maintain and enhance SOAR platform infrastructure, including setup, configuration, upgrades, and data purging. Troubleshoot playbook or integration issues to ensure high availability of SOAR services.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in application development using Python and REST API is required. Experience managing any SOAR platforms such as Palo Alto Cortex, Phantom, Resilient, or Swimlane is essential. You should also have experience in SOAR administration, playbook development, automation, and lifecycle management. Proficiency in deploying and managing integration packages for various third-party tools/applications is necessary. Experience in troubleshooting integration issues and code customization, along with developing integration solutions with web services and APIs using REST/JSON, is key. Ability to install and configure third-party applications in a Linux environment, with experience in Unix/Linux administration, is also required. A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is expected.
