Join Deloitte's Cyber team as a Consultant, specializing in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM). You will play a crucial role in safeguarding organizations by preventing cyberattacks and protecting their valuable assets. Your responsibilities will include monitoring security alerts and events using SIEM tools like QRadar. You'll perform initial triage, classify incidents, and investigate potential security breaches. Escalating confirmed incidents, documenting actions, and assisting in threat containment are key. You will also leverage threat intelligence, generate reports, participate in post-incident reviews, and stay updated on the latest security trends. A willingness to work in a 24x7 rotational shift model, including night shifts, is mandatory.

We are seeking individuals with sound cybersecurity principles and expertise in domains such as endpoint, network, database, and cloud security. Experience with technologies like IPS, WAF, Firewall, and EDR is essential. The role requires conducting senior-level log analysis, proactive monitoring, mitigation, and response to security incidents. Proficiency in implementing and maintaining security policies, threat hunting using tools like Cortex and Shodan, and performing advanced security event detection is expected. Familiarity with QRadar, Demisto/XSOAR, Qualys, and the MITRE Framework is also important. A B.E/B.Tech degree in Computer Science or a related field and 2+ years of relevant experience are required. Relevant certifications like Security+, CEH, or ECSA are a plus. This is an onsite role based in Bengaluru.
