Join our expanding Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR) practice as a motivated Consultant in India. You will engage in diverse client projects, guiding organizations in creating, implementing, and maintaining robust Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) and IT Disaster Recovery strategies. Our approach emphasizes secure, vigilant, and resilient operations, integrating cyber risk management into strategic development for effective information and technology risk mitigation.

This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions that help clients navigate and overcome complex cyber challenges, ensuring their business continuity and resilience in an ever-evolving threat landscape.

Contribute to client BCP/DR engagements across various sectors, performing Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Risk Assessments (RA). Develop comprehensive BCP/DR strategies, plans, and procedures, including Business Continuity Plans, IT Disaster Recovery Plans, and Crisis Management Plans.

Facilitate BCP/DR testing and exercises, and develop client awareness and training programs. Manage project workstreams, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. Support senior team members in client relationship management and practice development, including contributing to methodologies and thought leadership.

We seek experienced professionals with a strong understanding of the BCM/DR lifecycle, methodologies, and concepts like BIA, RA, strategy development, plan development, testing, and maintenance. Experience in developing BCPs/DR Plans and conducting BIAs/RAs is essential.

Familiarity with IT Disaster Recovery technologies and strategies, alongside experience with BCM software tools, is highly valued. Knowledge of relevant Indian regulatory requirements and demonstrable experience in implementing ISO 22301 programs or holding related certifications are key. Excellent communication, client-facing, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
