Join Deloitte's Cyber Defence and Resilience team as a Consultant, specializing in Business Continuity & Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR). You will collaborate with clients to build and enhance their resilience strategies, leveraging cutting-edge Microsoft Azure capabilities.

This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse client engagements, designing, implementing, and testing robust Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) and IT Disaster Recovery strategies. You'll utilize Azure's native DR features and IaC-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with international standards like ISO 22301 and ISO 27001.

Engage in end-to-end BCP/DR projects, partnering with clients to create resilient solutions leveraging Azure's native capabilities. Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and Risk Assessments (RA) to map critical assets and evaluate cloud-specific threats.

Develop comprehensive plans including Business Continuity Plans, IT Disaster Recovery Plans, and Crisis Management Plans. Implement BCM programs aligned with ISO 22301/NIST/ISO 27001 requirements, incorporating Azure governance and continuous improvement.

Plan, execute, and report on DR tests, including tabletop exercises and technical drills. Manage project workstreams, prepare client deliverables, and support senior team members in client relationship management. Contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and business development activities.

We are seeking a Consultant with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in IT Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity Management, and Crisis Management, preferably in a consulting setting. A strong understanding of Microsoft Azure's DR services, including Azure Site Recovery and Azure Backup, is essential.

Proficiency in creating DR/Backup Plans and assessing DR environments is required. You should have experience planning and reporting on technical DR drills across cloud/on-prem and hybrid environments. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary for client-facing documentation and presentations.

Familiarity with DRaaS, tools like Commvault/Veeam/Rubrik, and an understanding of RTO, RPO, BIA as per ISO 22301/27001/NIST/DORA frameworks are beneficial. While not mandatory, certifications such as AZ-305 or relevant ISO certifications are a plus.
