Join Deloitte's Cyber Defence and Resilience team as a Consultant specializing in Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCP/DR). This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with leading organizations, enhancing their resilience against cyber threats.

You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and testing robust BCP/DR strategies, with a strong focus on leveraging Microsoft Azure's native capabilities. This includes utilizing Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, and geo-redundant storage solutions to build cloud-first, Infrastructure-as-Code driven disaster recovery environments aligned with international standards like ISO 22301.

As part of our dynamic team, you will engage in end-to-end BCP/DR projects, partnering with clients across various industries. Key activities involve performing Business Impact Analyses and Risk Assessments, architecting cloud-centric DR strategies for Azure, AWS, or GCP, and ensuring compliance with ISO 22301 standards.

You will lead the planning, execution, and reporting of DR tests, including tabletop exercises and technical drills. Project management responsibilities include managing workstreams, preparing deliverables, and supporting senior team members. Practice development and business development activities, such as proposal writing and thought leadership contributions, are also integral to this role.

We are seeking a professional with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT Disaster Recovery, ideally within a consulting environment. A deep, practical understanding of Microsoft Azure's DR services is essential, including Azure Site Recovery, Azure Backup, Azure SQL Geo-Replication, and Geo-redundant storage.

Proficiency in creating DR/Backup Plans and Runbooks, along with experience in testing and validation across cloud and hybrid environments, is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and client presentations are a must. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is expected. Certifications like AZ-305, AZ-104, or ISO 22301 are advantageous.
