As an Assistant Manager, you will lead impactful Cyber Security Assessment projects, providing day-to-day guidance to your team and ensuring the timely completion of all assigned tasks. You will develop a deep understanding of complex business and IT management processes, fostering strong client relationships at various management levels.

Your role involves tailoring firm methodologies to meet specific client needs, evaluating and mentoring team members, and contributing to proposal development for securing additional client work. This position is crucial for maintaining client satisfaction and driving business growth.

We seek an experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years of relevant cyber experience. Essential skills include expertise in Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) across applications, mobile, APIs, and cloud environments (AWS & Azure). A strong understanding of Red Teaming, network device and system configuration reviews (Windows, Linux, UNIX, Solaris, Databases), and hands-on DevSecOps experience is required.

Candidates should possess a B.Tech, M.Tech, or MS degree and hold at least one security certification such as OSCP, LPT, or GPEN. Preferred certifications include OSCP, CRTP, and EJPT. Additional valuable certifications are GPEN, CREST, and CISSP. Experience as a Security Architect and knowledge of End Point and Product Security are highly beneficial.
