Join Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP as an Assistant Manager in our Cybersecurity team, specializing in Third-Party Risk Management. This role is based in Pune and focuses on helping organizations prevent cyberattacks and protect critical assets. You will be instrumental in embedding cyber risk into strategy development, enabling effective management of information and technology risks for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include conducting Information Security Management System (ISMS) and Third-Party Risk Assessments. You will liaise effectively with clients, manage stakeholder expectations, and collaborate with various client departments, including compliance, auditing, and regulatory bodies, to identify and document requirements.

Key duties involve performing risk assessments and audits across people, processes, and technology. You will identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement in policies, processes, procedures, and standards. The role also requires documenting information security risks, recommendations, and compensating controls within assessment and audit reports.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, possessing 4 to 7 years of mandatory Cyber Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) experience. Essential skills include a strong understanding of third-party, vendor, and supplier risk management, along with knowledge of data protection and privacy risks associated with third parties and relevant control frameworks.

Candidates should exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong documentation and presentation abilities. Experience with ISO22301 implementation and audits is required. The role demands a highly motivated individual ready to work in local and global environments, and comfortable within a cross-functional, cross-cultural matrix setting.
