This role is crucial for safeguarding our clients' information and technology environments. You will be instrumental in managing cyber threats and ensuring operational continuity.

As an Assistant Manager in our SOC, you will be responsible for reviewing and triaging security alerts, conducting in-depth analysis, and driving remediation efforts. You will act as a Security Incident Handler for high-impact incidents, performing malware analysis and identifying Indicators of Compromise (IOCs).

Your duties include enhancing incident response processes, managing SIEM technologies, and analyzing logs across various sources to distinguish genuine threats from false alarms. You will also maintain and update essential documentation, such as Run Books, and contribute to threat hunting and SOC operations.

We are seeking professionals with 4-6 years of experience in SOC Incident Response and Handling. A strong background in SIEM technologies like LogRhythm, Splunk, Sentinel, or Chronicle is essential. Experience with EDR/XDR solutions (CrowdStrike, Cortex XDR, Microsoft Defender) is also highly valued.

Candidates should possess a fundamental understanding of network traffic analysis, cyber-attack concepts, and risk management. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field is required. This position mandates working from the office in Mumbai or Hyderabad.
