Engage in OT incident response, including investigation and mitigation of security incidents within Operational Technology environments. Oversee security threat monitoring and detection, ensuring swift resolution. Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, from C-level executives to IT security teams. Conduct regular assessments of OT security controls, identifying gaps and recommending improvements.

Perform passive vulnerability testing and risk/gap assessments for OT environments. Drive a collaborative and innovative team culture focused on continuous learning. Contribute to the growth of the OT/ICS cybersecurity practice through thought leadership and service development. Manage complex OT/ICS cybersecurity projects from initiation to completion, ensuring high quality and client satisfaction. Monitor project progress, proactively identify and mitigate risks.

We are seeking individuals with a strong understanding of advanced persistent threats, malware, and emerging threats, ideally within large corporate settings. Possess in-depth knowledge of malware analysis, threat taxonomy, and indicators. Demonstrate proficiency with diverse security technologies including SIEMs, IDS/IPS, firewalls, and web application firewalls. Hands-on experience with OT security tools like Claroty, Tenable, and Nozomi is essential.

Familiarity with assessing and implementing OT security controls based on standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, NERC CIP, and IEC 62443 is required. A solid grasp of OT security architectures and protocols (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, HMI) and hands-on experience with OT technologies from vendors like Siemens, Yokogawa, Honeywell, and Rockwell are crucial. Excellent communication skills are vital for conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, coupled with 5-8 years of experience, is necessary. Preferred certifications include GISCP, IEC 62443, CSSA, and CEH.
