As an Assistant Manager in OT Security Monitoring, you will lead incident response activities, including investigation and mitigation. You will oversee threat detection and monitoring within OT environments, ensuring swift resolution of security incidents. Your responsibilities will include conducting assessments of OT security controls, performing vulnerability testing, and developing risk mitigation strategies.

You will also manage complex OT/ICS cybersecurity projects, foster team collaboration, and contribute to the firm's practice development. Preparing and delivering client presentations and ensuring compliance with relevant cybersecurity regulations are key aspects of this role.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with 5-8 years of relevant experience in OT security. A strong understanding of advanced threats, malware analysis, and various security technologies such as SIEMs, IDS/IPS, and firewalls is essential. Hands-on experience with OT security tools like Claroty, Tenable, and Nozomi, along with knowledge of standards like NIST, ISO 27001, and IEC 62443, is required.

In-depth knowledge of OT protocols (SCADA, PLCs, DCS, HMI) and experience with OT technologies from Siemens, Yokogawa, Honeywell, or Rockwell are crucial. Excellent communication skills are necessary to convey technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences. A B.Tech/BE or higher qualification is required, with preferred certifications in GISCP, IEC 62443, CSSA, or CEH.
