As an L2 Network Security Operations & Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, configuration management, policy enforcement, and incident response across a wide array of cybersecurity and network technologies. You will serve as a key escalation point for L1 support, conduct root cause analyses, manage change requests, and ensure the stable and secure operation of critical systems including firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, EDR/XDR, DLP, CASB, NAC, MDM, and PAM.

Key duties involve managing network security components such as firewalls (Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, Check Point), VPNs, and security zones. You will also be responsible for IDS/IPS tuning, WAF configuration, DDoS mitigation, and endpoint security measures like EDR/XDR and Secure Email Gateways. Additionally, you'll manage identity and access security through PAM, data protection with DLP, and cloud security via CASB. Infrastructure support for NAC, Patch Management, MDM, and network devices is also a core function. Incident response, change management, and reporting are crucial aspects of this role.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a minimum of 4 years in Network Security and Infrastructure support. A strong foundation in firewalls, VPNs, NAT, routing, and security zones is essential.

Candidates should possess a good understanding of SIEM, endpoint protection, and threat detection systems. Hands-on experience with EDR, DLP, WAF, PAM, CASB, NAC, and MDM platforms is required. Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and segmentation concepts is highly valued.

Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills are a must, along with the ability to read packet captures using Wireshark or TCPDump. The role requires clear communication with clients and stakeholders, along with strong documentation and reporting capabilities. Experience mentoring L1 teams is an advantage. A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP is considered a significant plus.
