Develop and optimize automation playbooks within SOAR platforms, with a strong preference for Palo Alto XSOAR/XSIAM.

Maintain and enhance the SOAR platform infrastructure, including setup, configuration, upgrades, and data management.

Troubleshoot playbook and integration issues to ensure high availability and performance of SOAR services.

A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in developing and optimizing automation playbooks within SOAR platforms, particularly XSOAR/XSIAM.

Proven ability to utilize SOAR platforms to automate security processes and response activities.

Expertise in developing, maintaining, and enhancing automated playbooks to streamline incident response workflows.

Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation, along with experience in testing, troubleshooting, and optimizing playbooks.

A Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field is required.

Familiarity with SOAR platform administration, including health monitoring and performance tuning, is essential.
