Develop, enhance, and maintain automated playbooks within SOAR platforms to streamline incident response workflows. Design, implement, and manage custom SIEM content for robust security monitoring and threat detection. Optimize SIEM systems for efficient detection, analysis, and response to potential security threats. Collaborate with security analysts and incident responders to automate detection, triage, investigation, and remediation processes. Integrate playbooks with various security tools such as SIEMs, firewalls, and threat intelligence platforms.

A minimum of 4-7 years of experience in developing and enhancing automated playbooks in SOAR platforms for incident response. Possess a deep understanding of security concepts including incident response, threat intelligence, network security, and vulnerability management. Proficiency in utilizing SOAR platforms for automating security processes and response activities. Experience with scripting and automation languages like Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell is essential. A Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Experience with Cortex XSOAR or similar security orchestration platforms is highly preferred. Ability to troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously optimize automation processes is vital.
