As a Manager, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently aiming to surpass expectations. Your role will involve designing and implementing comprehensive architectures for decommissioning legacy applications.

You will be instrumental in developing and configuring Saviynt solutions to align with client-specific requirements. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, designing and implementing identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, and developing custom connectors for third-party system integrations.

Furthermore, you will provide essential technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

This position requires a minimum of 9 years of experience within the Identity-IGA Domain, including at least 2 years of dedicated experience with the Saviynt Identity Platform.

A strong foundational understanding of identity and access management principles is essential. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell is required, alongside experience working with major cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration. The ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member is crucial. Candidates should possess a B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a closely related field. Saviynt certifications are a plus.
