As an IAM Manager, you will be instrumental in cultivating strong client relationships and exceeding expectations through expert project delivery. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing comprehensive architectures for legacy application decommissioning.

You will be a key contributor to the development and configuration of Saviynt solutions, aligning them with specific client needs. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, designing identity lifecycle management processes within Saviynt, and developing custom connectors for third-party system integrations. Additionally, you will provide essential technical guidance and mentorship to junior development team members.

This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 9 years of experience in the Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) domain, including a minimum of 2 years specifically with the Saviynt Identity Platform. A strong foundation in identity and access management principles is essential.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell is required, alongside experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for effective collaboration. The ideal candidate can work both independently and as part of a dynamic team.

We are seeking candidates with a B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or a Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field. Saviynt certifications are highly preferred.
