As a Manager within our Cyber Identity Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to consistently surpass expectations. Your core responsibilities include designing, implementing, and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using Entra ID, leveraging protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect.

You will also configure and maintain Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) policies, including Conditional Access and risk-based authentication strategies. Implementing and upholding security policies aligned with Zero Trust principles will be a key part of your role, alongside hands-on experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD).

A minimum of 9 years of experience in implementing Entra ID is essential for this position. Candidates should hold a B.E. or B.Tech. degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 institution. Strong proficiency with SSO protocols such as SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect is required.

Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing MFA and Conditional Access is crucial. Familiarity with Azure security and identity governance features, along with experience in Identity Governance, Privileged Identity Management (PIM), and Access Reviews, is highly beneficial. Exposure to hybrid identity solutions like AD Connect or Cloud Sync, and a solid understanding of Zero Trust architecture, will set candidates apart.
