In this role, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships, consistently aiming to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities will include customizing, configuring, and developing IAM solution integrations based on defined requirements and designs. You will actively explore emerging IAM technologies under the guidance of team leads, identify technical risks, and contribute to process compliance activities.

Furthermore, you will assist in the creation and review of technical documentation, engage in IAM strategy development (including roadmaps and vendor selection), and support business development efforts through proposal assistance and sales processes. You'll also drive initiatives to enhance project delivery, promoting reusability and related benefits within the team.

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with at least 4 years of experience implementing Identity and Access Management projects using one or more leading IAM product suites such as SailPoint, Saviynt, IBM, Oracle, Microsoft, CyberArk, Beyond Trust, CA, Okta, or Ping Identity.

Candidates should possess a B.E / B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience with application integrations for IAM solutions, including provisioning workflows, single sign-on concepts (WIA, Forms, HTTP), and PKI, is essential. Proficiency in development and configuration of standard or custom IAM integrations using Java, JavaScript, .NET, or other major scripting languages is required.

This role demands excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a willingness to explore and adopt new and emerging IAM technologies. The position is based in Mumbai.
