This role is pivotal in leading large-scale Identity and Access Management (IAM) transformation initiatives, encompassing areas like IGA, CIAM, PAM, SSO, and MFA, or managing ongoing IAM services.
Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end program delivery for complex IAM transformations or managed services. You will develop and manage comprehensive program plans, budgets, and timelines, ensuring effective stakeholder reporting and cross-functional team coordination across business, IT, and vendor groups.
Your role involves identifying and mitigating project risks and dependencies to guarantee successful outcomes. You will also manage service transitions, SLAs, and KPIs for operational engagements, and engage with senior stakeholders to align the IAM roadmap with strategic business objectives. This includes defining IAM architecture strategy, designing scalable identity solutions, evaluating and selecting IAM technologies, establishing implementation standards aligned with Zero Trust and compliance, and defining governance models and policies.
You will drive critical processes such as access certification campaigns, RBAC, and SoD policies. Additionally, you will participate in and manage proposal responses, providing solutions, estimations, and client presentations.
Candidates must possess proven experience in delivering complex IAM programs within large enterprise environments. A strong grasp of IAM protocols and standards like SAML, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SCIM, and LDAP is essential.
Experience with leading identity platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity, or ForgeRock is required. You should have robust program management experience, ideally with PMP, Prince2, Agile, or SAFe methodologies, and a foundational understanding of ITIL.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are crucial for this role. The position is based in Mumbai, India.
