As a Deputy Manager, you will lead the design and implementation of identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt. This includes developing custom connectors, integrating with third-party systems, and ensuring seamless decommissioning of legacy applications. You will also be responsible for providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

Key responsibilities include: - Designing and implementing the architecture for legacy application decommissioning. - Developing and configuring Saviynt solutions to meet diverse client requirements. - Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs. - Leading the design, development, testing, and deployment of SailPoint solutions.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), specifically with strong implementation expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. A solid understanding of IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration is essential. You should possess the ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions effectively.

While not strictly required, knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory (AD), and SQL is considered a plus. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are crucial for building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a B.Tech is required for this role.
