In this crucial role, you will foster strong client and team relationships, aiming to exceed expectations. You will be instrumental in designing and implementing comprehensive architectures for decommissioning legacy applications. Your work will involve developing and configuring Saviynt solutions to precisely meet client requirements, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to analyze business needs.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt, developing custom connectors, and integrating with third-party systems. You will also provide essential technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, ensuring project success and team growth.

We are looking for individuals with a minimum of 6 years of experience in IAM, particularly with strong implementation expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ. A deep understanding of IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration is essential.

Candidates should demonstrate the ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions. While knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, AD, and SQL is considered a plus, excellent communication and client-facing skills are paramount. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech from Tier 1/2 institutions) or a Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
