As a Deputy Manager, you will cultivate strong client relationships and contribute to exceeding expectations. Your key responsibilities include developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws. You will conduct thorough assessments to identify and mitigate potential data privacy risks, ensuring ongoing compliance with regulations through monitoring and evaluation of data processing activities. Additionally, you will provide expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk management, data governance, and privacy controls, while designing and refining security and privacy frameworks to meet client needs.

We seek a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. While not mandatory, certifications like CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are advantageous. A strong understanding of data protection laws, particularly India's Personal Data Protection Bill, is essential. The ideal candidate possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, information technology, or a related discipline. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are required to thrive in both independent and collaborative work settings within a dynamic environment.
