As a Deputy Manager within our Cyber Team, you will cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with both internal teams and clients, consistently striving to exceed expectations.
Your responsibilities include developing comprehensive data protection policies and procedures aligned with prevailing privacy laws and regulations for clients.
You will conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy and protection risks, subsequently devising effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs.
Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities will be crucial to ensure adherence to data protection laws and company policies, as required by clients.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients on conducting Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), performing risk assessments, implementing data governance, and managing privacy impact assessments.
Design and construct robust security and privacy frameworks, alongside redesigning processes and privacy controls to ensure the successful development of client frameworks.
We are seeking a professional with a minimum of 6 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. Professional certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are highly preferred.
Candidates should possess in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a particular emphasis on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also paramount, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
