As a CIAM specialist, you will design, configure, and integrate robust authentication solutions for customer-facing applications. Responsibilities include implementing CIAM solutions across web and mobile platforms, integrating applications using modern standards, and configuring Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and customer identity journeys. You will also support application onboarding, identity integrations, production deployments, and collaborate with application teams to resolve authentication and access issues.

We seek a professional with at least 6 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), and hands-on expertise in CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta, Auth0, or Microsoft Entra External ID. A solid understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, SSO, and MFA is essential. Experience integrating applications via REST APIs and a basic grasp of identity lifecycles and customer authentication flows are required. A B.E./B.Tech from a Tier 1/2 institution or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is necessary.
