Deloitte is seeking a Deputy Manager for its Cyber DPT team specializing in Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM). This role focuses on designing, configuring, and integrating secure authentication solutions for customer-facing applications, ensuring robust protection of valuable assets and enabling new opportunities through effective cyber risk management.

Key responsibilities include configuring and implementing CIAM solutions for web and mobile applications, and integrating these applications using modern authentication and federation standards. You will also be responsible for configuring Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and customer identity journeys.

Furthermore, the role involves supporting application onboarding, identity integrations, and production deployments. Close collaboration with application teams to troubleshoot authentication and access issues is crucial for success.

Ideal candidates possess hands-on experience with CIAM platforms such as Ping Identity, Okta/Auth0, or Microsoft Entra External ID, along with a strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and SAML 2.0. A minimum of 6 years of experience in IAM is required.

Proficiency in configuring SSO and MFA solutions, along with experience integrating applications via REST APIs, is essential. A foundational understanding of identity lifecycle management and customer authentication flows is also expected. Educational qualifications include a B.E./B.Tech from a Tier 1/2 institution or a Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
