As a Consultant in our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams to consistently surpass expectations. Your responsibilities will include developing robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with current privacy laws and regulations.

You will conduct thorough assessments to identify potential data privacy risks and formulate effective mitigation strategies tailored to client needs. Monitoring and evaluating data processing activities will ensure ongoing compliance with data protection legislation and company policies. Furthermore, you will guide clients on critical areas such as data protection impact assessments, risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments.

We are seeking a Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required, alongside strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for this role, enabling effective collaboration in a fast-paced setting. Candidates with certifications like CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred. An in-depth understanding of data protection laws, particularly the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is highly valued.
