Join our dynamic Cyber team as a Consultant specializing in Cloud Identity and Access Management (IAM). This role is integral to Deloitte's mission of empowering organizations to manage cyber risks effectively and confidently explore new opportunities.

You will be instrumental in building and strengthening client relationships, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding expectations. Your expertise will contribute to a secure, vigilant, and resilient approach to cybersecurity, embedding risk management from the outset of strategic development.

As a Consultant in our Cyber Identity Team, you will be responsible for administering and supporting IAM capabilities across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI in multi-cloud environments. This includes designing and managing RBAC roles, IAM policies, groups, and permissions, ensuring least-privilege access.

Your duties will also involve managing the entire identity lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and privileged access. You will analyze cloud identities and permissions to detect excessive or dormant access, review IAM configurations for security risks, and support remediation efforts. Collaboration with Cloud, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, and Compliance teams is key for IAM migrations, cloud adoption, and operational enhancements.

We are seeking a candidate with experience in cybersecurity and identity management, ideally with hands-on and leadership roles. Proven success in delivering complex IAM programs within large enterprises is essential, alongside a strong understanding of IAM protocols and cloud-native IAM on platforms like Azure, AWS, GCP, or OCI.

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are a must. A Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) from a Tier 1/2 institution or a Master's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field is required. The role is based at our Bengaluru Eco space location.
