As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber: Identity Team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to surpass expectations. Your role involves designing and implementing the architecture for decommissioning legacy applications.

You will actively participate in developing and configuring Saviynt solutions to align with client needs. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

A key responsibility is designing and implementing identity lifecycle management processes using SailPoint ISC. You will also develop custom connectors and integrations for third-party systems, and provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is required. Demonstrable strong implementation experience with SailPoint ISC is essential, alongside expertise in core IAM concepts, workflows, connectors, and integration.

Candidates must possess the ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions. While knowledge of Java, BeanShell scripting, LDAP, Active Directory, and SQL is considered a plus, excellent communication and client-facing skills are crucial.

An educational background including a B.E./B.Tech from a Tier 1/2 institution or a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field is expected.
