As an Assistant Manager in our Cyber: Identity team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to surpass expectations. Your role will involve designing and implementing robust architectures for the decommissioning of legacy applications.

You will contribute to the development and configuration of SailPoint solutions to precisely meet client needs. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, as well as designing and deploying identity lifecycle management processes using Saviynt.

Further responsibilities encompass developing custom connectors and integrations with various third-party systems, alongside providing essential technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

A minimum of 4 years of dedicated experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) is essential for this role. Proven, strong implementation experience with SailPoint Identity Now or SailPoint Identity Security Cloud is a core requirement.

Expertise in fundamental IAM concepts, including workflows, connectors, and integration strategies, is crucial. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to design, develop, test, and deploy SailPoint solutions effectively.

Familiarity with Transform, Cloud Rule, and Workflow within the SailPoint ecosystem is expected. Excellent communication and client-facing skills are also paramount for success in this position. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, B.Tech, or M.Tech is required.
