As an Assistant Manager in our Identity team, you will cultivate strong client and team relationships to surpass expectations. Your responsibilities include developing and configuring OIG solutions to meet client needs, collaborating with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, and designing identity lifecycle management processes using OIG.

You will also develop custom connectors and integrations, provide technical mentorship to junior developers, and actively participate in project planning and risk management. Assisting in the creation of technical documentation and staying abreast of OIG advancements are also key aspects of this role.

This role requires a minimum of 4 years in the Identity-IGA domain, with at least 2 years specifically on the OIG Identity Platform. A foundational understanding of identity and access management principles is essential.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or PowerShell is necessary, along with experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital, as is the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required, with a B.E./B.Tech (Tier 1/2) or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field being highly desirable.
