Join our dynamic Cyber team and play a crucial role in safeguarding sensitive information for organizations. As a Consultant, you will build strong client relationships and contribute to preventing cyberattacks, ensuring security, vigilance, and resilience.
This role is integral to managing cyber risk effectively, allowing clients to explore new opportunities securely. We focus on embedding cyber risk considerations from the outset of strategy development for optimal information and technology risk management.
Manage and operate essential data protection tools, including DLP, Data Discovery & Classification, DAM, and DRM solutions. You will monitor security alerts, investigate potential data leaks, unauthorized access, and policy violations. The role involves performing incident triage, analysis, and resolution, along with configuring and fine-tuning policies to enhance detection accuracy and minimize false positives.
Key duties include supporting data discovery and classification initiatives to identify and protect sensitive data (PII, financial, confidential). You'll also monitor database activities, generate audit logs, and maintain data protection policies, controls, and SOPs. Reporting on incidents, trends, and tool performance to stakeholders is also a significant part of this role.
We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, possessing at least two years of hands-on experience with data protection tools.
Essential skills include proficiency with DLP tools (e.g., Microsoft Purview, Symantec, Forcepoint), Data Discovery & Classification, Database Activity Monitoring (e.g., Guardium, Imperva), and DRM/Information Protection solutions. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, keen attention to detail, and strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment is expected.
