This role focuses on implementing and managing robust data protection solutions. You will leverage your expertise in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools, data classification, and encryption technologies. Responsibilities include ensuring cloud data protection across major platforms like Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud, and understanding various security controls such as endpoint, network, and email security.

Further responsibilities involve working with CASB, EDR/XDR, and SIEM integration, alongside data discovery, governance, and privacy tools. A key aspect is translating complex technical data protection concepts into clear business language.

We seek a candidate with strong, hands-on experience in Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tools (Microsoft Purview, Netskope, Forcepoint, etc.), data classification and labeling frameworks, and Database Activity Monitoring tools. Proficiency in encryption technologies (at rest, in transit, key management) and cloud data protection (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) is essential.

Key skills include knowledge of endpoint, network, and email security controls, familiarity with CASB, EDR/XDR, and SIEM integration, and an understanding of data discovery, governance, and privacy tools. You must possess a strong grasp of data protection frameworks, regulatory requirements, and experience in incident response and investigation, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
