Join our Cyber team as an Assistant Manager and play a crucial role in safeguarding valuable assets and preventing cyberattacks. We focus on being secure, vigilant, and resilient, embedding cyber risk management into strategic development for effective information and technology risk oversight. You will build strong client relationships, aiming to consistently exceed expectations.

As an Assistant Manager, you will develop robust data protection policies and procedures aligned with privacy laws. You will conduct assessments to pinpoint data privacy risks and devise effective mitigation strategies. Monitoring data processing activities for compliance with laws and company policies is essential. You will also guide clients on data protection impact assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, and privacy impact assessments, along with designing security and privacy frameworks.

This role requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is necessary. Proficiency in data protection laws, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is key. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are essential. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is highly valued. Certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred.
