Join our dynamic Cyber Team as an Assistant Manager, specializing in Data Privacy. In this role, you will cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues, consistently aiming to exceed expectations. You will be instrumental in helping organizations enhance their security posture, manage cyber risks effectively, and seize new opportunities by embedding robust cyber risk management strategies from the outset.

Develop and implement comprehensive data protection policies and procedures that align with current privacy laws and regulations for clients.
Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint potential data privacy and protection risks, subsequently devising tailored mitigation strategies to meet specific client needs.
Oversee and evaluate data processing activities, ensuring strict adherence to data protection legislation and internal company policies as mandated by clients.
Provide expert guidance and support to clients on crucial areas including Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), risk assessments, data governance, application security, and privacy impact assessments.
Design and construct robust security and privacy frameworks, re-engineer existing processes, and establish effective privacy controls to ensure the successful development of client frameworks.
A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data protection or privacy compliance is essential.
Possession of certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE, or any other relevant certifications, is highly preferred.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of data protection laws and regulations, with a particular emphasis on the Personal Data Protection Bill in India.
Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address complex privacy challenges.
A Bachelor's degree in law, information technology, or a closely related field is required.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to perform effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
