Join Deloitte's Cybersecurity team as an Assistant Manager in Data Privacy. This role focuses on safeguarding organizational assets and enabling new opportunities through robust cyber risk management. You will be instrumental in embedding security at the strategic level, ensuring effective information and technology risk management.

As a key member of our Cyber Team, you will cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include developing data protection policies aligned with privacy laws, conducting risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities, and creating mitigation strategies. You will also monitor data processing activities for compliance, provide expert guidance on Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), and design comprehensive security and privacy frameworks with effective controls.

This position requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in data protection or privacy compliance. A strong understanding of data protection laws, especially the Personal Data Protection Bill in India, is essential. Candidates should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in law, information technology, or a related field is required. Relevant certifications such as CIPT, CIPM, or CIPPE are preferred. The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment is crucial.
